I would like to have a shared text line (same as my main phone number) on every users application. Or have multiple operators that are assigned to a text phone number.

"Shared text line", and"text phone number", what is this? Do you mean a shared number which multiple users can send SMS messages?
No, standard (P2P) SMS number is personal number. This means that a number need to be assigned to an extension and only that extension (the number owner) can use the number to send/receive SMS messages. We support A2P (High Volume) SMS numbers, but right now, it is in beta stage and still requires the number to be assigned to an extension similar to the standard SMS number requirement. In the near future, A2P SMS numbers can be shared with multiple users via admin settings. Similar to the way you setup a call queue.
