For regular members of the community, you will be familiar with reports of timeouts and other issues that have impacted call logging reliability. And while no data is lost, and calls do eventually get logged, it is not the experience our users deserve or expect. We want you to know that we are aware of these issues, and we are working diligently on them. Our latest release reflects this focus on quality and stability. In version 1.3.8 you will find the following changes:
- We fixed an issue that was resulting in timeouts when trying to match contacts.
- We fixed an issue in which the "Automatic logging" setting was not being synced properly with admin preferences.
- We fixed a bug that prevented Bullhorn call-pops from happening properly.
- We made improvements to Bullhorn adapter's user authorization validation process.
- We updated Bullhorn's server-side call logging feature to include AI artifacts, like call summaries and transcripts.
Update: since the release of 1.3.8 the majority of call logging issues have finally been addressed. But we will continue to investigate ways to improve the App Connect experience and continue to improve upon App Connect logging stability and reliability.
