Anyone have experience with RingCentral + Loyally's GHL connector?

Hi, I'm considering Loyally’s solution to integrate RingCentral with GoHighLevel for calls and text. Has any one use them or is using them currently? Any insight is greatly appreciated. Major complication and confusing can Loyally/Ringcentral integrate with workflow potential of GHL for the automations? I understand the Loyally/RingCentral integreations works great for 1:1 direct texts

Hi,

I work at Loyally and we have developed the integration. The integration logs all call data into the notes of the Contact. The SMS itself is also logged.

By default the integration does not do anything regarding the workflows. However recently we did help out a customer to setup a Workflow to retrieve and analyse the call log / SMS and take actions based on that. Like adding or updating Contact tags or other fields. This was based on the Note added/changed trigger.

@navarroagency To corroborate Jeroen’s assessment… App Connect does not integrate with CRMs outside of core communication and logging (more or less). In other words, there is no specific or direct integration with GoHighLevel’s workflow feature. But there are solutions you can build by building workflows around the trigger of a newly created Note object. Then build rules about the contents of the note. That is how other users have successfully leverage App Connect logging events inside GHL’s Automation tab.
