We're excited to announce the release of App Connect 1.6.5, which includes a new feature to help you better understand and optimize your customer interactions.
You can now log the entire call journey directly into your CRM. This powerful new feature provides a detailed, step-by-step record of a call's path through your phone system, including which numbers were called, the IVR menus used, and any call queues joined. This data is incredibly useful for improving call analytics, identifying bottlenecks in your customer journey, and streamlining support. This feature is exclusive to server-side call logging.
In addition to this major update, we’ve also made some key improvements:

The primary navigation has been reordered, placing the Settings tab at the end for easier navigation.

We resolved a minor issue with date and time displays.
As we look toward the future, our development team is focused on an upcoming major release, App Connect 1.7. We will continue to provide bug fixes for the 1.6.x series, but will be dedicating our feature development efforts to this new version. We'll be sharing more information about version 1.7 soon, so keep an eye out for future announcements.
