Happy New Year, everyone!

As we kick off 2026, we’ve been reflecting on the incredible journey of App Connect. The future of the platform has never looked brighter, and we are working hard to make this our most impactful year yet.

The big news on the horizon is the official release of App Connect 2.0. We are currently in the thick of the beta phase, and the feedback we’ve received from many of you has been nothing short of fantastic. Your insights have been a true north star for our development team—in fact, it’s your feedback that led to our new focus on bringing the power of App Connect to RingCX as well.

Our latest beta release introduces an experimental feature that represents our first major step down this road, and we can’t wait for you to try it. If you haven’t jumped into the 2.0 Beta yet, now is the perfect time. Help us put the finishing touches on the next generation of App Connect!

What’s New

While we march toward 2.0, we are continuing to refine our current stable environment to ensure your daily workflows remain seamless.

Stable Release (Version 1.6.18)

  • Fix: We’ve addressed a bug where completing a warm transfer would cause the contact page to open a second time. This fix ensures a smoother transition once a call is handed off.

App Connect 2.0 Beta (Version 1.7.10)

  • New Experimental Feature (RingCX): Taking our first step into RingCX integration, App Connect can now log RingCX calls directly.

    • Note: This requires a RingSense license and server-side logging to be enabled.

  • Fix: This beta version also includes the warm transfer fix mentioned above to ensure the 2.0 experience is as polished as possible.

We are so grateful for your continued partnership as we build the future of App Connect together. Here is to a productive and feature-rich 2026!
