We’ve got some big updates for App Connect. This release is all about making your CRM integrations smarter and more cohesive, especially if you’re looking to bring AI into your workflow.

What’s new in the 2.0 Beta

Full Support for Customer Engagement Bundle (CEB)

We’re now fully supporting  CEB -- including shared SMS inbox support and a much better way to handle logging. Instead of scattered touchpoints, you get a single, cohesive end-to-end record of the entire interaction with your customer. It makes the handoff between team members and the CRM much cleaner.

App Connect MCP Server

This is the one we’re especially excited about. We are officially releasing an MCP server for App Connect. This means you can now interface with App Connect using ChatGPT and other LLMs. It opens up a whole new world for how you can bridge your CRM data with AI systems, making your integration more of a conversational partner than just a background tool.

NetSuite Connector Updates

While there isn't a new release for the App Connect 1.0 line today, we have rolled out a backend update that affects both 1.0 and 2.0 Beta users.

The NetSuite connector has been upgraded to support the creation of Leads and Prospects. Previously, you could only search for them, but now you can generate those records directly within the framework. It’s a small change that should save a lot of back-and-forth manual entry.
