​@bryanrog Thank you so much for the suggestion! I would love to have an integration with Follow Up Boss as well. A quick scan of the API shows that it is certainly possible. Our engineering resources now focus exclusively on the framework, but perhaps one of our partners could implement it. Also, RingCentral Professional Services could also build it for a fee. 

How do I find out the cost for Ring Central Professional services to do it?

​@bryanrog RingCentral Professional Services can be expensive for some, as they are quite experienced, but also support their products with the same SLA as RingCentral. The cost for PS to develop a custom adapter can range between $10,000-20,000. 

Looking at their API I suspect this to be an easier-than-average CRM to integrate with, so would expect the cost to be on the lower end.
