When a call is logged on Bullhorn , and the user is not logged into App Connect, the call is logged under the admin user. It would be far better for the Created by field was populated with API user, or a generic name. Using the admin’s name causes confusion, as there is no easy way to distinguish calls actually made by the admin, or notes added using the admin’s name.
