How do I connect RingCentral to log calls in Bullhorn?

Outbound text messages are logging, but not inbound or calls are logging.

@rlwinsat It is honestly hard to assess what might be going wrong based on the limited data you have shared. So my first instinct it make sure you have followed these instructions: https://ringcentral.github.io/rc-unified-crm-extension/crm/bullhorn/

Watch the install video - it is a little old, but it gets the idea across. You need to make sure you have installed App Connect, and then connected successfully to Bullhorn. Then to start logging, I would familiarize yourself with the following: https://ringcentral.github.io/rc-unified-crm-extension/users/logging/, as the behavior will depend upon your setup preferences.
