These are the first third-party adapters bundled with App Connect, made possible by our powerful developer framework. This framework empowers developers to connect RingCentral with virtually any CRM, opening up a world of possibilities for your communication workflows.
Freshdesk is officially available now! We're also excited to announce that GoHighLevel is now available in beta form, with documentation coming soon. Both Freshdesk and GoHighLevel adapters are commercial offerings and come with a 30-day free trial, after which payment will be required to continue using them. We believe these new integrations, built by our partner Loyally, will provide immense value to our users.

Bug Fixes:
- We've resolved an issue in Google Sheets where some fields were incorrectly logged with an "undefined" value.
- A bug in Google Sheets has been fixed that occurred when retrieving a call log entry if no note was provided by the user during call creation or logging.
