Log not popping up in extension for Bullhorn

I have an employee who has successfully installed and connected her extension to bullhorn when she select the log option nothing pops up for her to continue logging and syncing with Bullhorn. We have already tried factory resetting and it still won’t work.

@jameyleanne Very curious behavior. I am going to assume you did the following. 

First, to log a call you clcked the “+” icon in the call history list:

When you click the “+” icon you should be taken to a call logging form:

Is that not what you are seeing? Can you share a screenshot of what you see?

Thank you your reply. The log form never pops up. It just stays on the call screen.

@jameyleanne This sounds like a bug. I am going to reach out to you privately to schedule time so that I can witness the problem personally.
