NetSuite Connection

I have a non admin user who cannot connect to the ring central app.  I do not have an issue with admin users.  I am not receiving any errors, it just will not connect.

Could you please review all the permissions assigned to your custom role in NetSuite? The required permissions for custom roles are attached below.

Thank you for the response.  The role for the user already includes all of the items on the list and the permission level.

Could you please sharing HAR file? This will help me to debug the issue.

Steps to download the 

  1. Open developer tools by right-clicking on the extension, then click the Inspect button.
  2. Click the Connect button in App Connect.
  3. A NetSuite authorization window will open. Click Continue.
  4. Go to the developer tools, click the Export HAR button, save the file, and share it.

 

It would be much better if we could connect on a call. Could you please share your availability? I will arrange the call accordingly.
