Exciting updates to the NetSuite Adapter for App Connect! These enhancements are now available to all NetSuite users. There is no need to update to App Connect itself. Here's what's new:
- Fix: We've addressed the issue with the phone call log's "Date" and "Completed Date" fields, which previously displayed one day prior to the actual call start date.
- Sales Order associations: Calls can now be associated with sales order objects linked to the corresponding contact of the given phone call. This enhancement ensures that call details are easily accessible from the Communication → User Notes field under Sales Order objects, making it simpler to track and manage interactions.
- Phone Call Details: We have added new fields for Note, Summary, Contact Number, Result, Date/Time, and Duration under the Message section in phone calls. These fields can be managed through the Call Log Details settings area in App Connect, giving you better control over what information is logged.
