Question

Our manifest file is not allowing us to add an API key on the settings page when we login

Our Developer is trying to get appconnect to work for our proprietary CRM that we are an investor in and that we and other ringcentral users will be using.

Please let us know why when we login, and that works in the CRMconnect chrome extension, that there is no place to add an API key.

Hi @miller does the chrome extension show your CRM name in app settings page? User should be able to input API key when click auth button in setting page.
You can refer here for details.
