I have used the RingCentral app in Pipedrive for all our extentions. The app is stating “cannot find log”. We have reinstalled the app and everything possible.

@jennifer.g Could you provide more info? E.g. under what condition did this happen? Is it affecting all users? Despite stating “cannot find log”, do features work?
