I have several speakers on my Mac that all work with RingCentral, but I just suddenly lost the ability to make calls using my AirPods Max.  I have forgotten and resynced the headphones, but that didn’t help. I don’t know what to do next.

Hi ​@GoldenMesa For RingCentral client, do you mean the App Connect chrome extension or RingCentral desktop app on mac?

If you are using App Connect with calling method “Browser”, you can try to restart Chrome browser then go to App Connect’s “Settings → Audio → Output → Speaker source” to set the speaker, and check if it can work. The chrome extension get speaker from Chrome. From description, it seems a Chrome or OS bug.

For RingCentral desktop app, you can go to “Settings → Audio → Output → test speaker” to test the headphone.
