RingCentral is always evolving to better support your business workflows—and that includes building integrations with the CRMs you rely on. While we already support many popular platforms, we know your needs may extend beyond what's currently available.
If there’s a CRM you want to see integrated, the most effective way to suggest it is through our RingCentral Ideas Portal, specifically in the CRM Integrations category.
But before you rush to post your idea—follow this simple process to make your input count.
Follow these steps
-
Visit the Idea Portal
Go to: RingCentral Idea Portal – CRM Integrations -
Search for the CRM You Want
Use the search bar to check if someone has already suggested your CRM. -
If It Exists, Vote for It
Adding your vote is incredibly helpful. The more votes an idea has, the more clearly we can see the demand. -
If It Doesn’t Exist, Submit a New Idea
Be sure to include the CRM name, how you use it, and what features you’d want to see in the integration. -
Bonus Points: Rally Support in the Community
After voting or submitting, come back here and post a link to the idea. Encourage others in the community to vote and add their use cases too.
Why this matters
We prioritize integrations based on customer demand and impact. CRMs that generate more interest are more likely to be added to our roadmap. But it's not just RingCentral watching—our ecosystem of adapter developers is also market-driven. When demand is clear, it becomes more attractive for developers and partners to step up and build what the community needs.
Your vote (and your voice) helps steer that momentum.
So if there’s a CRM you want to connect with RingCentral, don’t wait—start by searching the Idea Portal today. Let’s work together to make it happen.
