Important changes to RingCentral RateLimit HTTP headers

Later this week we will be releasing changes to the X-Rate-Limit-Group header that may negatively impact the functionality of apps built on the platform. To summarize, the value of the X-Rate-Limit-Group header is in flux and developers that have written applications that depend upon the value of that header will need to make changes to their code. The general guidance we giving developers is to not use the contents of this header to control the behavior of your app, as the value of this header is not deterministic.
