Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Could I use just the app and not have a desk phone at all? Absolutely!

When you send a PDF will RC log the attachment in my communication history? Yes. And if it's important, you can pin it in the conversation for future reference.

Can calls or meetings be recorded and shared later given participant permission? Yep!

Where do we get the app for our laptops? You can download all our apps HERE.

Is there an extra cost for video? No, it is included in the plan.

Questions from the 9/4 Webinar Cont.:

Will you be able to identify a Ring Central call as opposed to your regular cell calls? Yes!

We want all of our company calls to go to our receptionist and then if she doesn't answer, to another staff member. How do we set that up?
We recommend setting up a call forwarding or a call queue - you can check out this Knowledge Base article to learn more.

Have you seen customers use RingCentral for webinars? Yes! Webinar is an additional feature of Meetings. You can learn more in this Knowledge Base article.

Can you just have the RingCentral app on your cell phone? Yes, you can.

Should this app be downloaded to the computer? Yep! You can download the app for the operating system of your choice HERE.
