Having Trouble Creating a Support Ticket?

If you log in to create a support case and are receiving the logged out screen, please refresh the page!


Our team has identified an issue where even after a successful login, the support site is still showing the same logged out version. This is being investigated.


While a resolution is being looked at, please refresh the page as a workaround, and proceed to create a case.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

This issue has been resolved! But please update our team if you run into any hurdles creating a case! :)
