RingCentral Video Network Testing
Network testing will be performed on the RingCentral Video service on May 21, 2020.
This will simulate an outage to measure the resiliency and effectiveness of our recovery process. Minimal impact is expected during the maintenance window.
What to Expect
During the maintenance window, the following may be experienced by RingCentral Video users for a maximum period of 25 minutes:
• History tab will be unavailable
• Chat will be unavailable
• Users will not be able to start one-time meetings and video calls via the RingCentral App
• Attendees may get disconnected from meetings
Disconnected attendees will be automatically reconnected to meetings. Attendees joined via dial-in numbers will have to manually dial back into the meeting.
