How can I have the extra line switched over to a new employee?

Hi @Nelly Pingoy, is the extra line assigned to an extension?

The first option is to edit the current details of the extension (if no longer in use). Please follow the steps on the link below.

The second option is to unassign the line (retain the extension), then assign it to a new user. The instruction to do this is found in the article below.
