The length of this outage is now well beyond what even the most loyal of customers would tolerate.  The fact that your upper management has not published an official explanation / apology / expectation of repair time to your user base is absolutely ridiculous.  If you don’t want to experience a mass exodus of customers when this current issue is resolved you best speak up now.

Yes and my boss is one of them !    He has me getting quotes from other providers.
