We have 14 numbers, 11 of which we can disconnect, how do we do that to pay less? 

Best way would  be to contact your sales rep and have them adjust/cancel them.

If you don’t know your sales rep, have a chat with Support (or call the number) and have them send a message to your rep to get in contact.
