Why is my Ring Central phone continually syncing daily during my peak business hours? This is very incontinent and frustrating. I can’t make calls out

Try the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Disable Power Saving Mode: Your phone might think it’s time to "sleep." Go to Menu > Settings > Basic > Power Saving on the phone and turn it off so it stays active during your peak hours.

  • The 30-Second Reset: Unplug the power or Ethernet cable for 30 seconds. Plug it back in and leave it alone for 10 minutes. This gives it a clean window to finish any updates that might be stuck.

  • Check SIP ALG: If you can, check your router settings and turn OFF "SIP ALG." It’s a common setting that accidentally kicks phones offline during high traffic.
