403 Error (CMN-408) on IVR Menu API Call Despite Assigned Scopes

Hi everyone,

We’re running into a 403 error (CMN-408) when trying to call the IVR Menu API (restapi/v1/account/*/ivr-menus) with our app. Here’s the setup:

We’ve assigned these scopes to our app:

CallControl, VoipCalling, ReadContacts, ReadAccounts, TeamMessaging, SubscriptionWebhook, EditPresence, ReadMessages, Faxes, ReadPresence, ReadCallRecording, A2PSMS, Analytics, WebSocket, SubscriptionWebSocket, Contacts, EditExtensions, RoleManagement, Video, RingOut, ReadAuditTrail, SMS, InternalMessages, ReadCallLog, EditMessages

In the API history (Developer Portal → App → API History), the failed call shows this:

  • App scope: ReadAccounts
  • HTTP status: 403
  • Error code: CMN-408

From what I understand, this error usually means permissions are missing. But since "ReadAccounts" is included in the scope set, I’m not sure what’s causing the issue.

Has anyone faced something similar or knows what might be going wrong?
