I have noticed since the time change in the UK at the weekend the call logs we are exporting from RingCentral are showing one hour behind the current time. If I export a log from RingCentral to CSV the times are correct.


What could be causing the log times in the API to be 1 hour slow?

I assumed that you meant you read the call log using API. Remember that the time is UTC and you need to convert the dateFrom and dateTo to your local time when calling the call log API.
