We have AI call recording with RingCentral and I’m wondering if that is able to connect with my Microsoft Teams when I do video meetings. It appears to be blocked at this point.
Google told me this though:
Yes, RingCentral can be connected to Microsoft Teams video recording:
- RingCentral for Microsoft Teams: This integration allows users to access RingCentral's video capabilities and record calls within the Microsoft Teams app.
- Call recordings: Users can access call recordings, voicemails, and transcriptions without switching apps.
- RingCentral Video Pro: This app integration is available in the RingCentral App Gallery.
Other features of the RingCentral for Microsoft Teams integration include:
- Advanced call controls: Users can handle, route, and record calls, and manage queues.
- IVRs: Users can integrate video meetings and webinars.
- Call analytics: Users can manage calls from a single interface.
- Unified communications: Users can access calls, texts, chats, and faxes with a single number.
- RingSense: This feature provides customer-facing teams with shared insights to improve the customer and employee experience.
