We're building an internal application which will use the Password Flow via the PHP SDK. Do we need this app reviewed to use in our own production? It will never be used by any other organisation.
It seems when we try API calls to production we are prohibited from doing so.

If your "private" (internal) app does not use the SMS permission, then it does not need to go thru the app graduation review process. Just make sure you meet all the graduation requirements and click Submit.
