I am getting "messageStatus": "Queued" all the time, using Production application. How long should messages stay on queued status? The batch size is only 1.

We found an issue that time to time, when there are multiple users sending large batches, the system puts new batches in a queue to wait for it's turn for about 10-11mins. This was fixed last week and expecting to be released soon during this week.

Hello. We are having the same problem. And messages are staying in Queued status for few hour now. What can we do to fix this?
