hello, I have instances (approximately 10% of our calls) where the data in From Number/Name of an Outbound call is missing from a Call Log record. For reference, I'm pulling the data in a small database so that we can perform some advanced analytics on the call logs of the company. Missing From Numbers makes getting accurate data difficult. Is a way to collect this data from another API endpoint, or perhaps another attribute I'm missing that will identify the initiator of an outgoing call?

This kind of incidents should be submitted to a dev support ticket with account details so the support team can help investigate.
