During authorization our production app "RingCentral Monitor for YAPI 1.2" is getting
OAU-233:The client doesn't support user's brand
The only difference for this client is that it is using RC Canada.
How to resolve it? Your help is greatly appreciated
Yes, by default the app is only enabled for RC US brand. Please send a request to enable RC Canada for your app on a help ticket.
"The client doesn't support user's brand" is very common error if the particular brand is not specified in the configuration.
Once the app is created you cannot change much of the configuration, you need to mail Dev support team to change the brand to RC Canada.
