Call quality and connection poor when calling in Pipedrive

I have made several calls through the PipeDrive App and get bad connection. It happens about every 3 out of 10 calls

@Rubs More Could you provide a screenshot of what the bad connection message looks like? Thanks!

I have sent several Emails with the number and time of the call. I do not get any error message or anything else for that matter. 

Most of the time it is just that I have to keep repeating myself or they say I am breaking up.

Got it.

Let me confirm that you are using RingCentral App Connect which is a Chrome extension.

 

If so, we want to dig it a bit deeper to find out if it’s the extension’s issue or it’s RingCentral’s issue in general. To verify that, could you use RingCentral App (either desktop app or browser app) and make phone calls? If RingCentral App has the same problem, then it’s more like a general RingCentral issue.

I can not say for sure that I have never had the issue with the RC App. BUT 99% of my call I use the extension. 

 

On a side note since the outage I have not had any issues
