We currently operate a CRM platform built on Twilio Programmable Voice, and we’re exploring an iteration where users with RingCentral accounts could log in with their RC credentials and operate through WebRTC. Using RC App Connect isn’t an option for us, as we need to keep our existing CRM functionality intact.

Our current dev team is having difficulty sourcing someone with deep knowledge of RingCentral APIs/WebRTC and how best to implement this.

Does anyone here know of a developer or team with this expertise who might be available to assist or contract with us on this integration?

I know the RingCentral WebRTC SDK and their OAuth2 implementation pretty well. The transition from Twilio while keeping your CRM intact is definitely achievable through their REST APIs.
The main challenge will be handling the WebRTC session management and mapping your existing call flows to RC events.

I have experience with this and understand the nuances of maintaining CRM functionality during migration.
