Read Message Permission

Hi ,

I am building a websocket api which can read in all call centre call data as well as voicemail.

The final component is to be able to read in voice messages which requires me to have the read messages permission exercised.

Are you able to tell me how to pass this requirement or alternatively manually graduate the app if this is not possible.
