Every time I try to call a cellphone number from my country (Mexico), a voice message says "Restricted Number", this was not happening before, and even other coworkers can call to cellphones.


My Support team says my ring central account is ok and has no problem if they try to call cellphone numbers in the us using my account. Also, I can call to other countries to my customers and works fine.


Does anyone knows what could be happenig? Thank you
