Good afternoon RingCentral Community,

Since RingCentral Super Admins just can review Analytics and Call Logs, can we create a new feature for Super Admins to review Chat Message Logs?. We believe is crucial, at least for Super Admin users to be able to pull any chat message logs upon request by any company.

Saying chat message logs, do you mean the team messaging messages or the SMS text messages?


Good luck with that - they'll tell you to download the logs - but they're not in any readable format. (at least without programming an app to read it!)
I've asked for ages and it falls on deaf eyes.
We ended up going with 'RingClone' - since we have to store pretty much everything for compliance - and am using a Wasabi immutable bucket for the storage.

You can easily do a search on extension/user/chat within the RingClone app.
