Using Enterprise Edition of SFDC

Using Chrome Version 88.0.4324.182 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Using latest RC

When attempting to SMS from a button on the Lightning page the button will execute a pop up with the phone number of the contact record, but then nothing happens. Noteworthy, I can successfully SMS using the Phone bar at the bottom of the page. Any suggestions?
