I'm pulling call logs using the sync URLs in the API and posting them to an internal website. If a call is happening while the API call occurs, sometimes it will count the call twice or even a few times. However, I also have code that gets all the call logs from Monday until now. It correctly handles the calls after they have finished. The code for these two is identical except for the Monday function checks if a log is before Monday at one in the morning.

Depends on the stages of a call, the sync call log may need to update the call record data. You must use the record id as a unique id in your database and update the record data accordingly.

The read call log API will not include call data for an ongoing call though.
