Waiting on app approval

Could someone please help me? I am trying to launch an application that helps all our stores manage incoming appointments due to COVID-19. The last time it took over two weeks for approval. I just can't wait for that long. I e-mailed the support team but I am not sure if that e-mail is monitored?

Could someone please help me? Thank you in advance.
