An IVR (Interactive Voice Response) menu is an automated telephony feature that allows your phone system to interact with callers through dial-pad inputs that you’ve set. This will allow calls to be forwarded depending on what your customers press in their phone. Admins can create and manage IVR menus through the Admin Portal under the phone system section.
