Yes, it is possible to transfer outbound calls. Once you have the call receiver on the line, you may put it on hold, then click transfer. Then, search and click the name of the agent that you would like to take the call.
Thanks Mary, but we've tried this and it doesn't allow us to do it. It will allow us to transfer inbound calls via this method but not outbound calls.
