Our dial-by-name directory Search Criteria is by last name, and an employee was recently married. Consequently, many callers search by her previous name and are unable to reach her. Can we assign her a second dial-by-name entry for her previous name?

Hi @luke-morehead , only one Dial-by-Name can be assigned on an extension. You may submit a feature request if you want this to be added in the future.
