Can we add Caller ID to the voicemail settings?

We want to be able to see or here the Caller ID when we check our voice messages. As of now we only have the option of having it forwarded from the queue, which is no help when it come to contacting back the caller. Please add caller ID to the voicemail settings. It will help with accessibility in our end of the phone line. Thank you.
