High Volume SMS Controls

Two questions:

First, why aren't the responses ported over to my normal Ringcentral app? Seems like a clunky web interface is all I have to communicate with my clients.

Second is there a way to throttle the SMS messages to no more X every Y seconds?

Developer sandbox tools

Using the RingCentral Phone for Desktop, you can dial or receive test calls, send and receive test SMS or Fax messages in your sandbox environment.
