SMS Text feature missing from my account

I have been using the RC app for a few months and today I no longer have the ability to send SMS to multiple recipients. I have followed the rules regarding allowed number per minute. Has anyone else lost their ability to send texts? I have the MVP plan, which I do not see as an option anymore. ? Very confusing website.
