Hi David, do you mean you want to forward it to another call queue group before voicemail?
sort of I want to create a ring group in handling and voicemail so each of the members can have slightly different coverage then go to VM if not answered.
If a user is part of a call queue, they cannot be added to a ring group with more than 2 devices set to ring simultaenously. You will either need to have another call queue created that overflows from the original (depending on your version of RC, you may or may not be able to do this), or you will need to abandon using call queues and simply use ring groups altogether.
