Hi! Are you experiencing this issue to multiple recipients?
Same issue - user saying they have not blocked or marked us as spam. How do we troubleshoot to resolve this issue. This user was once working fine then one day - message not sent errors. All other users work fine - only time we get "message not sent" errors is if someone has turned off their device. Is there a detail log of sms messages showing errors etc?
