Desktop noise reduction?

Hello,

I heard there was an update to ring central in Q4 2022 for background noise reduction for desktop? But I can't seem to find any tutorial on how to enable this, only for mobile.

Hi. No, I'm referring to the desktop client and making/recieving voice calls. RingCentral talks about it here: https://www.ringcentral.com/us/en/blog/reduce-background-noise/

"Background noise reduction is available today for calling on mobile, and for video meetings on mobile and desktop. Noise reduction in calling on desktop will launch by Q4 2022 in open beta. "

Thanks for clarifying; this feature is available for mobile only. There is no ETA on when it will be available on the desktop. I'll let you know here once we get an update.
