Is there a cost to use the Data-API for accessing call recordings or is this included for users on premium and ultimate plan?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 1.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

It's included in the plan. The limits to access call recordings are, 1) Only a super admin can access other users call recordings. 2) The API rate limit to get call recordings is 10 API calls per 60 secs (the Heavy group)
